Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy defines what LinkVO may and may not be used for. It applies to all users of the platform. Violations may result in immediate content removal and account termination.

LinkVO is a bio link platform for creators and professionals. It is intended for legitimate personal and commercial use. Misuse harms the creators who depend on the platform.

Prohibited content

You must not publish or link to any of the following on your LinkVO bio page:

• Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious software
• Phishing pages or credential harvesting sites
• Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits minors
• Content that incites violence or terrorism
• Content that promotes hatred based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or nationality
• Illegal content under Australian or international law
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Counterfeit goods or fraudulent product listings
• Misleading or deceptive product claims

Prohibited activities

You must not use LinkVO to:

• Impersonate another person, brand, or organization without authorization
• Create a bio page designed to deceive visitors about who you are
• Conduct phishing or social engineering attacks through your bio page
• Attempt to bypass rate limits through automation or multiple accounts
• Scrape or extract data from LinkVO without written authorization
• Conduct denial of service attacks against LinkVO or any other service
• Probe or test the security of our systems without written permission
• Resell or resupply the LinkVO service without written permission
• Use the platform to facilitate any activity that violates applicable law

Abuse reporting

If you encounter a LinkVO bio page that violates this policy, please report it directly to us.

• All reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours
• Verified violations result in immediate content removal or account suspension
• False reports submitted in bad faith may result in action against the reporter

Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any of the following actions for violations of this policy:

• Remove individual content items or blocks from a bio page
• Unpublish or disable a bio page without notice
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement agencies
• Block IP addresses or ranges

We aim to act proportionally. Minor first violations may receive a warning. Serious violations including illegal content will result in immediate termination without warning.

Appeals

If you believe your account or bio page was incorrectly actioned, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and a description of the situation. We will review all appeals within 5 business days.
