Agreement

By creating an account or using LinkVO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of linkvo.me, including visitors who view public bio pages.

The service

LinkVO is a bio link platform that lets creators, influencers, and professionals build a public page at linkvo.me/yourhandle containing their links, products, services, reviews, events, and social profiles.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Handles are claimed on a first-come basis and are not transferable

Acceptable use

You agree to use LinkVO only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

• Add links that point to malware, phishing sites, or illegal content
• Publish content that is defamatory, harassing, or violates another person's rights
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organization without authorization
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our rate limits or security measures
• Scrape or crawl the service in a way that disrupts its operation
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create on LinkVO — including your bio text, links, product listings, images, and other material on your page.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating your public bio page and the LinkVO platform.

We do not endorse any content published on LinkVO bio pages. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Pricing and billing

LinkVO offers a free plan. A Pro plan is available at the pricing shown on linkvo.me at the time of purchase.

• Pricing is displayed clearly before you commit to any payment
• We will give at least 30 days notice before removing features from the free plan
• Pro plan subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

On termination, your public bio page will be deactivated and your data will be deleted within 30 days per our data retention policy.

Limitation of liability

LinkVO is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of LinkVO shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. For free plan users this amount is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email of material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of LinkVO after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
